Cancellation Policy

Jphotos Master Booking Policy Effective Immediately – Applies to All Sessions & Events 1. Booking & Payments A non-refundable 40% deposit is required to secure your date and time. Remaining balance is due on or before the session date. No images will be delivered until payment is complete. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund. 2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedules under 48 hours may require a new deposit. Arriving 25 minutes late or more counts as a no-show and forfeits the session and deposit. Same-day cancellations also count as no-shows. 3. Weather & Photographer Availability Sessions may be rescheduled for severe weather or unsafe conditions. Cloudy or overcast weather is not a valid reason to reschedule. Jphotos may reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events. If Jphotos cancels, clients may receive a deposit refund or free reschedule. 4. Session Timing & Late Policy Please arrive on time. Late arrivals reduce shooting time. A $25 late fee may apply after 15 minutes. After 25 minutes, the session may be canceled without refund. Additional time may be billed at the hourly rate. 5. Editing, Delivery & Retouching Turnaround time is typically 7–14 business days depending on the session. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Jphotos does not release unedited or raw images under any circumstances. Additional edits or photo replacements can be purchased separately. Clients may not alter, filter, or re-edit images. 6. Reshoots Reshoots are only offered for technical issues such as corrupted files or severe focus problems. Reshoots are not offered for issues involving hair, outfits, posing, location, weather, or personal preferences. Any approved reshoot must be scheduled within 14 days. 7. Travel & Studio Fees Travel fees may apply outside the included radius. Studio sessions may include additional rental fees unless noted. For in-home sessions, props or décor are not included unless otherwise stated. 8. Client Responsibilities Arrive on time and bring any props or styling items. Follow all location rules. Children must be supervised. For multi-person sessions, only individuals included in the booking may participate unless approved in advance.
